Sun drying method

  • Wash the pears thoroughly.
  • Slice pears thinly after washing.
  • Then , string the pear slices on a thick cotton thread.
  • After string them all spaced apart, hang them in a sunny place on your balcony at home.
  • They will dry in approximately 4-5 days.

Oven drying method

  • Slice the pears after washing them.
  • You can slice the pears into rings or lengthwise.
  • You can adjust the thickness of the pears to half a cm thickness.
  • Remove the core of the sliced pears.

  • Pour a small amount of olive oil into the baking tray.

  • Set the oven to 160 degrees and leave in about 3 to 6 hours.
